Indy Cichlid Club

Still A pretty new cichlid "fan"  I have 2, 55gal tanks.  One tank, a mated pair of Jack Dempsey's (3"),  and about 100 fries currently in that tank, 2 small Plecos, and a small Pictus Catfish, ( (the Dempsey's killed everything else).  My other tank, an Oscar (about 9"-10") , a Pike Cichlid (as long as tank is wide), as well a 6" Pleco and 6" Pleco catfish. 

I would like to add some plants but I understand they will eat anything I plant.  Any suggestions?  Could some please help on the plant question! 

I would also, like to get rid of some of the dempsey fry, (trade, sell).  I would also like to trade or sell the Oscar, but I don't know if I really want too...
